Rosenzweig appointed Oncology Nursing Society Scholar-in-Residence

The Oncology Nursing Society has appointed Margaret Rosenzweig, PhD, CRNP-C, FAAN, distinguished service professor of nursing, as Scholar-in-Residence.

“I am thrilled to work with the ONS, an organization supporting nurse scientists in their pursuit of optimal understanding and care of patients, families, and communities with cancer,” said Dr. Rosenzweig. “Creating a research agenda and optimal research support mechanisms will be the top priorities.”

As a Scholar-in-Residence, Rosenzweig will work with the chief clinical officer to create a strategic vision for the ONS’s research resources and processes to support cancer patients and the growing need for nurse researchers in cancer care. She’ll also collaborate with organizations and nurse scientists to address emerging oncology research priorities at the national level.

Congratulations Dr. Rosenzweig!
