Remote Assistance and Telephone Support
For telephone support, call (412) 648-2222. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
If you have a support request outside of these hours, your call will be forwarded to the main Pitt IT Help Desk.
Email Support
You can email help@hs.pitt.edu and a ticket will automatically be created for you. You can also submit an online service request on our Health Sciences IT Support site.
Please address your request to School of Nursing and your ticket will be assigned to an onsite team member.
On-Site Assistance
To provide you with even more comprehensive support, we have technicians available onsite to offer prompt, in-person assistance when needed.
Walk-in IT Support: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in the Victoria Building, Suite #218 (available to all Health Sciences staff and faculty)
Classroom / AV Support: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For A/V support, please call (412) 624-2419.
