Latinx Student Nurses Association (LSNA)

The Latinx Student Nurses Association (LSNA) was created to build a community for Latinx student nurses in Pitt Nursing programs. This organization strives to promote inclusivity and diversity within the school of nursing. We aim to celebrate the achievements of Latinx nurses, advocate for minority populations in healthcare, and promote leadership within the healthcare field for underrepresented groups.

The resources include mentorship and membership in the National Association of Hispanic Nurses and the local Western PA chapter. We welcome all students to participate in social activities, community outreach events, and discussions to further student development and attend annual conferences.
