The ceremony will start at 6:00 p.m.
Doors open for seating at 5:00 p.m.
The handicapped-accessible entrance will be open at 4:30 p.m. for guests needing extra time to access the auditorium.

Academic regalia is required for all guests. Regalia can be purchased at The University Store on Fifth or by ordering at: Regalia Orders.

- How many guests is each student allotted?

The is no limit on the number of guests about to attend this event. No tickets are required.

- How long with the ceremony last?

The ceremony will last about an hour and fifteen minutes.

- Are there assigned seats?

Yes. There will be assigned seats for the students.
Guests may sit anywhere throughout the auditorium except for the blocked-off student section.
- Where is the handicapped accessible entrance to the building?

There is a handicapped-accessible entrance to the facility of University Place. There is a small parking lot that currently has some scaffolding in the area. Guests can be dropped off and picked up in this area. Guests are not able to park in this lot.
