Percocet - 5/325 mg acetaminophen-oxycodone 2 tab, by mouth, q 3H, PRN, moderate pain (4-6), Do not exceed 4 gms of acetaminophen in 24 hours.

Morphine IV q 2 hr for severe pain

Ondasetron – 4 mg IV q6H prn, nausea or vomiting Given      
Glucose (Dextrose 50% injection 50ml) 25 gm IV, prn, use if blood glucose is less than 70 mg/dl          
Narcan (naloxone), 0.04 mg IV, prn, sedation, give q 1 minute until a change in alertness is observed.          
Ativan 1mg po q 6 hr prn anxiety
