Profile

Dr. Kreashko’s nursing career has been entirely pediatric nursing, starting as a staff nurse at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and later becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner working at The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh for her clinical practice.

Clinical Emphasis

Dr. Kreashko’s clinical emphasis is pediatric patients, in the inpatient setting. She coordinates the pediatric clinical experience for junior level BSN students. Nurse practitioner emphasis is on patients transitioning from hospital to home.

Teaching

Dr. Kreashko’s primary teaching responsibility is undergraduate pediatric clinical. She is the coordinator of the pediatric clinical experience at Pitt and works as a clinical instructor at Children’s Hospital of UPMC. She is also faculty for the graduate nurse practitioner programs as a member of numerous DNP projects and helping out with NP classes.
