Students are required to complete UPMC Modules each fall. All students must have all modules completed, checked by an instructor, and uploaded to Exxat before clinical activities begin. The tracking form will have the name of module you completed. You should place your name on the completion tracking form, and take a screen shot of the tracking form with your name visible on the form.
